Coffee
When was my coffee roasted?
Every bag has its roast date printed on the back. We roast on Tuesdays and ship most orders on Wednesday.
Do you grind the coffee?
We sell whole beans only. Ground coffee loses its aroma within days; a hand grinder keeps it fresh for weeks.
How should I store the beans?
Keep the bag closed, away from light and heat. Use it within six weeks of the roast date.
Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany one to three working days after we ship; within the EU three to seven.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery in Germany is €4.90, free over €40. EU delivery starts at €8.90.
Can I return an order?
Unopened coffee and unused equipment can be returned within 30 days.
