Shipping and returns
Delivery
We roast on Tuesdays and ship most orders on Wednesday. Delivery in Germany takes one to three working days and costs €4.90, free over €40. Delivery within the EU takes three to seven working days and starts at €8.90.
Returns
Unopened coffee and unused equipment can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Write to us first and we will send a return label.
Damaged orders
If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days and we will replace it.
